Originally from Indiana, Chad has always been drawn to Nashville and loves everything about it: the people, music, food, and opportunity. He continues to give back and support this thriving community through involvement with Midtown Fellowship Church, and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the New Member Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board for World Relief Nashville’s REACH program, which helps eliminate employment barriers for refugees while helping them integrate into the American workforce.

Marketing & Operations Analyst
Amy serves as Marketing & Operations Analyst at Affinity. She holds a BA in English, an MS in Communications, and is currently pursuing a second MS in counseling.
Amy has worn many hats over the years, including non-profit work, teacher, college professor, and independent marketing consultant. She enjoys making order of chaos, finding ways to innovate, and communicating our message to the masses.
When not at work, she can be found watching her boys play sports, exploring Tennessee with her family, spending time with friends, or snuggling up with a good book. Amy is originally from Indiana and now resides in Lebanon, TN with her husband and two sons.
