According to a recent LinkedIn report, the Tech industry boasts the second-highest turnover rate with a median employment time of 1-2 years.

This is infinitely frustrating to employers, as tech teams are integral to the functioning and survival of any business. Yet finding truly talented people, and then hanging onto them, can often feel like roping the wind (or any other euphemism you may have for doing the impossible).

It turns out, though, that it might not actually be that difficult.
