Tier 1 Help Desk

Location: Illinois

Our client is a rapidly growing company with increasing infrastructure and support needs. To date, they have around 1,500 users across multiple time zones. They are seeking an ambitious Tier 1 Help Desk professional with experience supporting user requests and new hire onboardings to add to their all-star team. This role requires being within driving distance of their Peoria, IL office.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning user accounts, acquiring user hardware / asset management
  • Work with users to troubleshoot O365 and other technology related issues
  • Monitoring the ticketing system and resolving users requests in a timely fashion
  • Write user training manuals
  • Document IT processes
  • Troubleshoot and install computer peripherals for users
  • Assist with A/V and conference room issues

Skills

  • Windows & MacOS experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft products and other software applications
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well
